Overview

This is an unregulated fund and unsuitable for retail investors. Access to performance and other fund documents is restricted to registered users.

Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in the master fund, Odey European Inc, and in currencies. The Fund will invest fully, so far as is consistent with efficient management.

Open-ended investment company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. US$ and Class A and B £ Shares, registered, uncertificated, listed in Dublin.

Accounts Date

Financial year end 31st December.

Pricing

In order to protect the interests of existing shareholders the fund applies an anti-dilution levy of ½% on any subscriptions or redemptions.

Launch Date

21st February 1994.

Dividends

It is not envisaged that any income or gains derived from its investments will be distributed by the Fund by way of dividend other than in respect of Class B Shares. You should refer to the Prospectus for more information.

Charges

Management fee: 1%, Performance fee: 20% of net gains on an equalisation basis with an annual high-water mark, Front end charge: up to 5%, Exit fee: 1% in respect of shares held for less than one year.
